1 Shampoo/conditioner to solve all these problems..?

Moustrizing Dandruff shampoo (head and shoulders) and brush your hair in the shower to get any hair that is going to fall out caught in the brush instead of everywhere else. I am a girl and have that same problem and thats what i do to make it a better.
