If your friends know he is a jerk, then your won't lose your real friends. This guy sounds like a selfish pathetic loser if he has to pressure a girl into kissing him. Any person with intelligence would see what kind of character he possesses. People like to start rumors because they are ashamed of their own pathetic lives and they feel better when someone else suffers. You should not give power to these person; therefore, if the situation comes up, explain honestly. If your friends don't believe you, dump them as a friend.
