Why do many Americans blame Bush for the current economic situation?

they think Keynesian economics is the way to go but they are wrong. They do not believe in Monetarism. Keynesian economics made the great depression worse and prolonged it. Look up Milton Friedman on the net and this is the greatest mind in economics.
