How do I find the angular velocity for this trig. problem?

I have planet whos radius at the equator is 7007.910 miles and the cirference of the equator is 14015.820 miles. The planet itself has a cirference of 44032 miles. It takes the planet 60 hours (2.5days) to make one complete rotation. How do I find the angular velocity of the equator? Thanks in advance.
