My girl took pills like the plan b pill and now she has tummyache is she pregnant or is just the pill?

we had and the condom broke so the next day i went to the pharmacy ad ask for the plan b pill but the guy gave something else that had two pills so she took one 12 in the afternoon and the other one 12 in the night because she was supposed to take the two in between 12 hours so no she haves tummyache and she had a small bleeding two days after she took the pill but thats it is she pregnant or is just the pill please i need help
