Wasn't Shania Twain supposed to be at the closing ceremonies of the Olympics?

I know I saw a commercial saying she was going to be there, and I didn't see her at all. I watched the entire thing, the first part, and then the stuff they showed later on (after the Marriage Ref). Am I just crazy, or did anyone else see that she was supposed to be there?
