Treatment for nausea?

About a year ago I became very nauseated and my dr's believe I may have a bleeding ulcer based on my symptoms although I was never tested. I was given meds to treat the symptoms and after being sick for 3 weeks straight I began to feel better. Since then these symptoms, mainly nausea and the occasional vomiting have started again. I was suppose to see a specialist but can not due to not having insurance and very low income. I am extremely nauseated and was hoping for some idea's to get rid of the nausea. I'm miserable and I have a 4 yr old to take care of. I have tried everything i can think of from zofran, phenagren, ginger ale, pepto, to a gi tail prescribed by my dr. The only thing that gives me any sort of relief is the gi tail but relief only lasts a short time, and taking this stuff is just terrible as the taste is horrific and I can barely keep it down. My Dr's are on me to get this treated but as I said I can not at this time. I can barely function and my son needs my attention constantly. Please help me! Please if you have any idea's on how to get rid of nausea let me know. When I stand, I feel light headed, my heart races, and my ears pop and ring. I can't sleep and can't get comfortable and all I do is cry. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing helps!
