Guys please help i know im dum but its better to be safe then sorry..?

So my doctor finally prescribed me phetermine and it says on the bottle to take 1/2 tablet by mouth everyday so what does it mean do i have to cut it in half? and if i do the tablets are small im scared i might do it wrong is there a pill cutter and if there is where can i buy it?
