How do I make separate iPod touch folders?

I am adding The Bible to my iPod Touch and I want to put it in a separate folder so it doesn't take me forever to find songs in my music play list. I made a play list already that is called iTunes Dj and it is putting the Bible 'songs' in that folder but it is also putting it in my music folder too. I am dragging the songs to the iTunes DJ folder and it is the only thing lighting up when I put it in that folder so I know it is going into that folder. How do I make it go into JUST iTunes DJ instead of both? Thanks!
