Is the time that you eat just as important as what you eat?

lucky...i wish i could do that but anyways apples are a very good fruit the apples helps boost ur metabolism and u ran 5 miles which would be about close to 400 calories and u ate at 7 which when losing weight that time is really good so the body doesnt get fat while u sleep so yess eating before 7 30 is a big factor and eating breakfast 30 minutes after u wake up a factor time is important
