Should I remind my parents...?

Ok here is the deal. My birthday was 2 weeks ago and they bought me a gold chain for it. I accidently broke it like 2 days later and they returned it to the store and said they will get me another one when my dad goes to Ukraine. Well my dad returned from Ukraine like 3 days ago and I guess he forgot about it. So should I remind them or its not worth my time?
