Trade advice for Peyton Manning and Brandon Marshall?

Team 1. Johnny Knox isnt that good.. Colston is ok, but NO is going to look to give the ball to Julius Jones more often, Ryan Mathews is ok, and Matt Ryan is pretty good. Manning and Marshall are really good, consistent players. If I were team 2, I wouldnt take that deal
