When or should I kiss my friend that's a girl?

ok so I'm 15 and I'm wondering if I should kiss my friend that's a girl. she's not my girlfriend but I really like her and she likes me. so first off should I kiss her at all? and if I should when should I? we have know each other for about 2 months now and I really like her. there's a bball game coming up and she said she would come..oh and if I do kiss her, should I kiss her in public? oh yea and also, should I ask her wat she thinks about it first? somthing like "how would u feel if I gave you a kiss on the cheek?" thanks for the help!! it's means alot!!!
