Please help me with thiy name for my daughter?

May Karoliina is lovely - and Americans and other english speakers would be fine with the pronounciation, just struggle with the spelling for the first time or two :) May Isla doesn't flow as nicely, in my opinion - makes it difficult to separate the two names. When I say it aloud, it blurs together into one word.
