Your glowfish could have been killed by either or them or have just died of natural causes. Fish tend to "clean up" pretty fast. By clean up, I mean dispose of the body. ;) Well yeah, you can keep feeding them what you're feeding them, but every once in a while another fish might go missing. It's a fact of life. It was working over the apst years i had this computer but all of a sudden it stops working.When i right click my dvd/cd drive and go to properties, theres a pie chart that blue and theeres no pink. Immigration issue - married but have not applied for 'change of status'?

I entered the US on a visa waiver in October 2008 and should have left in December but my fiance and I planned to get married and we were advised by an immigration attorney to do so and then he'd apply for a change of status when we'd done so. Obviously I overstayed my visa but he didn't see this as a problem. We got married in July 2009 but have not been able to make application because we've subsequently had serious financial problems. I now have no money and can't leave voluntarily and I believe I face a ten year ban if I do. Hopefully our financial woes will soon be over but I want to know where I stand with immigration authorities because obviously I do not want to break the law and would like to be legal, work, pay taxes etc. I know I should have left when my visa expired but didn't based on the advice of the immigration attorney and now I can't afford to retain his services to take this further and each day that pes is making me more and more stressed out. Could a blown fuse affect overdrive turning on/off, or is this a bigger problem?

I spilled water on my gear shifter. I have a 2007 Hyundai Accent GS Hatchback. First, the O/D OFF light came on and would not respond to the on on the shifter. I drove maybe 5 miles, and overdrive was still off. This morning, the car turned on and the light was off, so overdrive was on. Overdrive went back off though when I was driving on the highway and made the car jerk a little. Now, the O/D OFF light is on, and won't respond to the on again. I first posted this question yesterday, but I thought it was just the light messing up because the water probably blew the fuse. But now, since overdrive is now going from on to off spontaneously, I'm having doubts that this is just a blown fuse. I need to travel about 130 miles at highway speeds tomorrow. I watch these animal cop shows on occasion and it amazes me how cruel people are to their pets. After a year of trying we had his sperm tested and he actually has a very high count. Its worth the money to get him tested even if you have to pay out of pocket. Then you can either find the problem or eliminate it and move on to the next step. Its cheaper than IVF! You could also try fertility drugs or another route through your Doctor with his/her supervision. Try not to get to frustrated and trust me I know its so hard not to break that negative HPT in half! Well my stomach has been hurting. Not that much it feels like a normal stomache ach. It hurts on the lower part of my stomach. I am not sure but i hear rumbling sounds i guess its like growling like when your hungry. I don't hear that every second but sometimes I do and once I go to the bathroom it feels better. 22 month old with sinusitis....remedies please!!!?

My daughter has been sick now for 2 1/2 weeks. First it was a cold that developed into a croup cough. Her doctor gave her a dose of steroids, and the croup cough seemed to ease up then turned into a very hard ''phlemy , crackle'' cough. We thought it was all clearing up then 3 days later it came back ( green ,runny nose ;hard cough; low-grade fever). Back to the doctor, diagnosed her w/ sinusitis & bronchdis. He gave her antibotic, oral steroids, & a STRONG cough syrup. Her nose seems to be trying to clear up a little, but her cough is worse. Is there any helpful advise out there to soothe her. We have tried honey with no luck. And she did alright w/ green tea. If there is anything else.....PLEASE COMMENT!

Maybe try alittle rice cereal or oatmeal with a spoon? And if that helps then maybe that means its not thick enough in the bottle. I used Dr. Browns bottles for my twins to keep the gas low, I know not for reflux but still helped with the spitting up. Poor babies I hope you find something that helps.

Akita - How to make it socialise with other dogs?

Sorry, I don't have any set advice. I have a ten year old Akita and Rott mixed. She is very territorial so therefore is hard to train a dog that has this instinct. She has killed a dog when we moved in the suburbs for only a couple of months. As far as walking, she is everywhere under your feet and if she sees something, you do have to hold her back. It has been 10 years and I haven't had any luck. I can keep her from going after another dog just by authoritative command. She is the sweetest dog though. She helps round up the horses etc. I don't trust her around young children. It is like you have to almost adjust to her nature and always be kind, they can respond badly to incorrect discipline.

Treatment for nausea?

About a year ago I became very nauseated and my dr's believe I may have a bleeding ulcer based on my symptoms although I was never tested. I was given meds to treat the symptoms and after being sick for 3 weeks straight I began to feel better. Since then these symptoms, mainly nausea and the occasional vomiting have started again. I was suppose to see a specialist but can not due to not having insurance and very low income. I am extremely nauseated and was hoping for some idea's to get rid of the nausea. I'm miserable and I have a 4 yr old to take care of. I have tried everything i can think of from zofran, phenagren, ginger ale, pepto, to a gi tail prescribed by my dr. The only thing that gives me any sort of relief is the gi tail but relief only lasts a short time, and taking this stuff is just terrible as the taste is horrific and I can barely keep it down. My Dr's are on me to get this treated but as I said I can not at this time. I can barely function and my son needs my attention constantly. Please help me! Please if you have any idea's on how to get rid of nausea let me know. When I stand, I feel light headed, my heart races, and my ears pop and ring. I can't sleep and can't get comfortable and all I do is cry. I have tried everything I can think of and nothing helps!

I have been feeling extremely weird lately , very depressed and since the past week I have been having suicidal thoughts. My wife and I are TTC. When my wife is approaching the end of her cycle and is about to start her period she has always said her l area gets dry and itchy. My question is do women experience the same symptoms during there period and if they are pregnant. She did have some discharge after her ovulation. Could this cause her to be itchy. Has anyone else experienced a l itch before there period was due and found out they were pregnant? She's also had other symptoms--sore , lower ab cramps, got dizzy, pressure when she urinates, and pinching on her sides. We tried a HPT the 24th of December and it was negative. Her cycle started the 29th of November and we think she ovulated the 12th or 13th of December. She's taking clomid and went in for an ultrasound December 11th and she had two 28mm follicles. My wife says her cycle is 30 days. She thinks her period is going to start, but I have heard women can think there period is comong, but they are actually pregnant. I would wait until your baby is walking before you make any decisions about a dog. It is NOT necessary for them to grow up together and as a matter of fact, puppies and small children do not necessarily make good companions, especially large breed puppies. They don't make good exercise partners because they often have heart and hip issues. They are lazy and like to hang out at home (preferably on the couch lol). All breeds have some dogs that have turned on their owners- sometimes it is an undetected health issue, sometimes lack of socialization, sometimes abuse. barring a medical issue, a well trained, well socialized, well loved dog will not turn on it's owner. especially if it is fixed. Honestly, given your requirements, I would suggest a golden retriever, lab, wiemeraner, or some other gun dog- they have lots of energy, tend to love the water, and are every bit as protective as a mastiff.

What are some good books on MMA fight styles?

There are plenty of books. If your doing it for research for a project or something theres a book written by Bruce Lee about JKD. I forget the name. But if it's for you then I HIGHLY!!!!! reccomend "A fighter's heart" by Sam Sheridan. It changed my life, but maybe it was just me, another one I'm reading now and love it so far (Im half way) is "A fighters mind" by Sam Sheridan also. Hope that helps.

I wouldn't say we're smarter than any other ethnicity, we value education more. Anyone has the potential to be intelligent(unless you have special needs). Everyone has a brain it's how you use it, what you choose to do with it. Parents play a major role in it as well, our parents push us academically to excel because they know how important education is. I would do the same to my kids when I have them.

Hi i am 17 and i am going to get into the cattle business within the next 5 years for a side job approximately 25 to 30 acre piece of property to raise about 15 cattle and the rest use for hay and forge making. i have bought a lot of equipment in the last year so when i get the farm i can get right to work. I have a Farmall A and a H, two 2 bottom trailer plows, 2 manure spreaders, a drag, a 2 row corn planter and a 5 foot bush hog for mowing pastures and making hay and a set of cultivators. i still have to get a hay rake and a baler but everything else i have to get stated. All of my equipment is either refurbished or is in good working condition. i am only doing what i can afford and the equipment i am buying may be old but it still works and its all i can afford right now. can i still use this stuff in a small operation like mentioned above?

Im going to have to say the Final-Boss on the dungeon The City in the Sky on The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess. The boss is a huge dragon that is heavily armoured to start. You use your grappling hook to grab on to his tail, then you put on your iron boots to pull him down. When he falls some of his armour falls off. Once all his armour falls off, these things that you can grapple on to float above the arena. You grapple from one to the other, dodging the dragons fire. Once you get behind the dragon, you grapple on to his back, and start slashing at it. After you do that couple times, he finally dies. He is one of the funnest booses I have ever fought against in any game.

I got this duck from someone who had hand raised her, and I try to treat her more special than the other birds. She goes and attacks my mom, and when I try to walk, she steps on my feet to stop me, then starts trying to bite/peck my foot, often succeeding in untying my shoes. My mom thinks she is PMSing, but I don't think it would last that long if she were. She also doesn't like water. At first, I thought it was just a sense of vertigo from not being able to feel the ground, but then I got her a shallow kiddie pool, and she still won't stay in it after I walk away. Yumyum (my other duck) doesn't act like this. He was the first duck I got, and he is really mellow, so I took his behavior to be normal. Are female ducks just this mean naturally, because she didn't act like this when we got her. She had never seen another duck before we got her, so she might have just realized that she is one. That doesn't explain her new behavior, though. Can you?

How can i honor my husband the right way?

My husband revived a 7yr girl who drowned in a pool party we were at this weekend with no hesitation. The party consisted of nurses and police officers with their families and everyone stood around stunned but did nothing including myself. I knelt next to her lifeless body and knew to do CPR but froze in fear. My husband came and realized she was in arrest and began CPR. After his third regimen, she coughed and cried. At that moment, my husband in a calm voice said she will be ok but she needs oxygen because she was disoriented. EMS came and took the girl. My husband is a NYC paramedic. I down play his job all the time cuz there r days when they just sit for hours waiting for a call. But after yestarday, i have the highest respect for him. I want him to know how appreciated he is for doing what he did. I think he's so used to saving lives that he feels its just another day. If it wasnt for him that lilltle girl would be gone.

I'm a sophmore in highschool and UC Davis is my dream college. Switched from Yasmin to YAZ?

most women who have been on birth control will not be affected by taking antibiotics, i personally know a gf who was trying to get pregnant and even after she stopped it took her months to get pregnant. the Yaz is very different from the yasmin, i did the same thing. i was on yasmin and then started yaz. yaz will affect your period tremendously. for me my first cycle after taking the yaz for one month was like nothing, maybe spotting, it took like 3 months before i could get even a 3 day period. a year later i think my longest period is still 4 days and did i mention that it is very very light. dont fret over it but if you are really worried maybe take an over the counter pregnancy test before meeting with your doctor. or try calling the nurse and describing your symptoms.

Accident involving an unlicensed and uninsured driver?

ok so yesterday I got into an accident with a driver that was unlicensed and uninsured. I pulled up into the intersection on a yellow and made a left turn when it turned red, however, she sped up and t boned my car. The cops showed up and wrote a report. There was a witness that was going by on her bike that stayed around to also be questioned by the police when they showed up (she also claims the other driver was at fault for driving into the intersection on a red at high speed). Now, the police impounded her car but didn't issue and fines or tickets. The copy of the report they handed me doesn't say who is at fault, just the other driver's info. Since the other drive has no insurance, what are the chances of me being able to fix my car without paying out of my pocket (my insurance doesn't cover accidents with uninsured motorists)?

Having trouble getting bolt out of harmonic balancer..1978 ford courier?

Trying to replace the harmonic balancer, but for some reason, I can't get the bolt loose with anything! Tried using the pipe wrench and prybar deal, WON"T BUDGE! I took a air wrench to it..Nothing.I even tried trying to knock it loose, turning over engine with wrench and pry bar attached. Spent all day with NO results, any idea, what's happening? Other ways to get the bolt loose? I have wd-40 on it now soaking. This is on a 1978 Ford Courier, with a 2.0 engine in it.Thanks.

If you are interested in sound quality then get wired headphones. Wireless are convenient but poor qualty for the money. Like AVDaddy, I like sennheisers but the thing about speakers and headphones is that you need to get what you like and not necessarily what I like. If you want somethign reasonable get Sennheisers which did well in Which tests but if you want the best for you go and try things out with music you know. Playing with hair...?

Ughghgh this is going to probably sound absolutely ridiculous but I have this problem with playing with my hair. I twirl it and play with it so much and put it into knots and then pull it out. It's something I've done since I was like 5 or something and the part that I play with all of the time is broken and looks horrible. My parents always yell at me to stop but I can't, its like I need to do it. I am always doing it, and I do it a lot more when I'm stressed out. Anybody have any ideas on how to stop? Political parties run this country and each one has its own agenda. That is what they are. A set of values that politicians go by to influence their votes. If issues like abortion and illegal immigration were voted on and actually solved we would no longer need the political parties right? Take abortion. If a law were enacted to legalize all abortions the issue would no longer need to be voted on and politicians would no longer use it as a tool to get votes. So if they actually started voting and solving issues like that, they would have nothing to run on and would be, well obsolete. This is why issues either have nothing being done with them, or just little parts get voted on because the party liners need them to get your votes. This is why I feel the country is so divided and also why I feel political parties have to GO! What do you all think?

Cancelled car insurance policy?

i think im in trouble... ive had insurance with the same company for about a year and a half. now, i had my first missed payment (automatic withdrawal from my bank account) when i was in the hospital giving birth to my son a few months back. now, i have my maternity leave cheque deposited every 2 wkjs and sometimes it happens to land on the same night as when my insurance is withdrawn. in the past, its been ok and the cheque gets deposited before the insurance gets withdrawn. this week was not the case for the first time ever. now, im being told my insurance will be cancelled. now im just concerned. she said i may be able to get insurance from another company, but that chances are no one will do monthly payments. is this true? i mean i know insurance companies dont care why i didnt pay, but i find it very unfair. i cant afford a chunk of cash of $1500 or more. has anyone else been in this situation and had it work out that they could still do monthly installments and what company?
